At Littlebabystuff, we know that when shopping for your little ones, you want everything to be just right. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Should you need to make adjustments, we have established the following guidelines.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request a full cancellation of your order within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Once this window has passed, our team has likely already begun preparing your items, and the order cannot be halted.

2. Modifying Order Details

If you need to change specific details—such as the shipping address, size, or quantity—please contact us within 12 hours.

  • Requests made after the 12-hour mark may not be possible to fulfill.
  • We encourage you to double-check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Important Notice

Once an order has been marked as "Shipped", we are unable to make any further changes or cancellations. In such cases, please kindly refer to our Return Policy once the package arrives.

3. How to Submit a Request

To ensure the fastest response, please email our support team with the subject line "Cancellation/Change Request - [Your Order Number]".

4. Refund Processing

For approved cancellations, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
