What the timing means

Within 2 hours After processing has started
Most orders can be canceled if requested within 2 hours of purchase. We will confirm by email once canceled. Orders move to processing quickly. Once processing has started, we cannot promise a cancellation. If the order ships, it cannot be canceled; you may still request a return within the standard return window after delivery.

Your cancellation window

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This short window helps us keep fulfillment smooth and delivery times reliable for everyone.

Once an order enters processing

After your order enters processing, we will do our best to intercept it, but a successful cancellation is not guaranteed. If the package has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You can still submit a return request after delivery according to our standard return window.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: Cancellation Request and your order number.
  2. Include your full name and the shipping address used at checkout.
  3. Tell us which item(s) you wish to cancel and the reason, if you would like to share.
  4. Send your request within 2 hours of purchase for the best chance of approval.
  5. Watch for our confirmation email. If processing has started, we will let you know your options.

Refunds for approved cancellations

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD.
  • Timing: We process refunds within 5-7 business days after approval; your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
  • Amount: Product price and applicable taxes are refunded. Original shipping fees are refunded only if Littlebabystuff is at fault. No restocking fees apply.

Please review your shipping address carefully before payment. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately—within the 2-hour window—for the best chance to correct it before processing begins.
