Filing a notice

To help us act quickly, your DMCA notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works at a single online location are covered by one notice.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail to locate it, such as the exact URL(s) on littlebabystuff.com.
4. Your contact information, including full name, postal address, and email address (a telephone number is helpful but optional).
5. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled as a result of a notice and you believe this was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the material, you may send a counter‑notification. Your counter‑notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, postal address, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address. If you are located outside the United States, state that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Send the counter‑notification to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter‑Notification.” When we receive a valid counter‑notification, we will forward it to the original claimant. Unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action within the time required by law, we may restore the material after the applicable waiting period. Repeat infringer policy

We take repeated infringement seriously. In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to our services for users or accounts that are the subject of multiple substantiated infringement claims.
