What qualifies for a return

We gladly review return requests for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item sent
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from the product description or photos

Item condition requirements

To keep things fair and consistent, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition, with all original tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible

Please try items on gently and avoid transfer of makeup, deodorant, or fragrance.

Photo and proof we’ll ask for

Clear, well-lit photos help us resolve your request quickly. Please include:

  • A close-up of the issue (defect, damage, or mismatch)
  • A photo of the size tag/label
  • Full front and back photos of the item
  • The shipping box or polybag if damaged in transit (if applicable)

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days from delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, requested resolution (refund or exchange), and the photos listed above.
  3. We will reply with approval and step-by-step instructions. Please wait for this email before shipping your item back.
  4. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt. We’ll provide the correct return address in the approval email.

Support response time: we aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Who pays return shipping and what gets refunded

Items we cannot accept

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items returned with stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
  • Minor cosmetic variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen settings (not considered defects)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, let us know in your email. We’ll confirm availability after we receive and inspect your original item. For approved exchanges caused by our error, we cover the reship. For change-of-mind exchanges, the standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies.

Approval and updates

Once your request is approved, we’ll send a return authorization and instructions by email. After your package arrives and passes inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your statement.
